ADDITION: a gallery specializing in contemporary Canadian art. Located in the Silver Building, on the seawall beneath Vancouver's Granville Bridge. The gallery's curated collection features historically important Canadian works alongside those by rising and established Canadian contemporary artists. Visitors will find impactful artworks exhibited internationally and held in museum collections across Canada and abroad. A lineup of exceptional design and objects, both vintage and contemporary, complements the gallery's artistic focus.
ADDITION operates on the ancestral and unceded territories of the xʷməθkʷəy̓əm (Musqueam), Sḵwx̱wú7mesh (Squamish), and səlilwətaɬ (Tsleil-Waututh) Nations. The gallery recognizes the Indigenous custodianship of this land and the integral role these vibrant cultures play in the artistic identity of Vancouver.
