A Contemporary Art & Collectible Design Gallery in Vancouver’s Armoury and Design District
ADDITION is a contemporary art and design gallery located in Vancouver’s Armoury and Design District, a neighborhood shaped by architecture studios, design showrooms, and leading creative practices. Our ground-floor gallery, originally conceived by Niels Bendtsen, has been reimagined as a spacious, light-filled environment dedicated to contemporary art, collectible design, and spatial storytelling.
Visitors are invited to explore a rotating selection of artworks, sculptural objects, and installations from Canadian, Peruvian, Mexican, and Pacific Northwest artists and makers.

About the Gallery Space
ADDITION unfolds as a sequence of intentional rooms, an architectural environment for contemporary art, collectible design, and objects. Located at the entrance to Granville Island and surrounded by Vancouver’s leading design, gallery, and automotive showrooms, ADDITION sits steps from Livingspace, Monte Clark Gallery, Provide, Oidé Coffee, Ellipsis, and the luxury houses of Lamborghini, Bentley, Ferrari, McLaren, Audi, Weissach, and Aston Martin.
Positioned at the centre of the city’s creative and design corridor, the gallery is easily accessible for collectors, designers, and architects.
Parking & Access
Street parking is available throughout West 2nd Avenue, Fir Street, and the surrounding blocks.
The gallery entrance is at street level and fully accessible.

Curated pieces from Canada, Peru, Mexico, and the Pacific Northwest, selected for material integrity, rarity, and conceptual strength. Beyond what is shown in the gallery, we source sought after objects and design works through our extended network.
Artist Commissions and Special Projects
Coordinating custom works, site specific installations, and artist led collaborations for private homes, architectural spaces, and public projects.
