Your information is secure with us. We only collect details needed to process your order and, if you choose, to share updates on new works, exhibitions, and services.

Shipping & Delivery

Every piece is handled with care and shipped worldwide. Smaller works and accessories ship at checkout; larger works and furnishings receive tailored delivery quotes. Duties and taxes may apply internationally. All deliveries are insured for your peace of mind.

Authenticity Guarantee

Each acquisition is protected by ADDITION’s Authenticity Guarantee. Should concerns ever arise, we ensure full support and resolution in line with international art market standards.

Returns & Refunds

We want every acquisition to feel right in your space. Returns are accepted within 5 days of delivery. A handling and restocking fee of 25% of the purchase price applies to cover preparation, care, and administration. Shipping charges are non-refundable, and return shipping will be deducted from the refund.

For furnishings and accessories, approved returns must be shipped promptly using our recommended carriers to ensure safe transit. For artworks or large pieces requiring freight or custom crating, our team will arrange professional handling.

Damaged works or items are fully covered under ADDITION Buyer Protection with proper documentation.
